Who Am I?
Hi, I am Mrs. Mendez an English teacher at Narciso Bosques Soto Elementary School in Moca. I hold a B.A. in ESL in elementary and secondary education and a master degree in ESL from Inter American University in San German. I have been teaching for over 10 years in Puerto Rico.
